The name on your card or PayPal statement will read 창업 플러스, not haeva, korea. They are the same business — the first is the registered company, the second is the name of this service.

A fresh link can be issued as many times as you reasonably need. Issuing a new one cancels the previous one — only one live link exists at a time.

Refunds

A refund is available before the first download, and not after it.

This is the whole rule, and you are asked to agree to it at checkout rather than discovering it later. The reason is plain: once the file is on your device, returning it is not possible, and a refund after that is a request to keep the book for free.

If the file will not download, or the wrong edition arrives, that is not a refund question — write to us and it gets fixed.

Statutory withdrawal rights that cannot be waived under the law of your country or of Korea are not affected by this paragraph.

Refunds — custom itineraries

A full refund is available at any time until the plan is sent to you.

A custom itinerary is a different kind of purchase from a file, so it has a different rule. Nothing is delivered at checkout; what you get is a set of questions. Until the finished plan reaches you, you may ask for the money back and it is returned in full — including after you have answered, and including while it is being written. No reason is required.

Once the plan has been sent, it is not refundable. It was written for your dates and cannot be offered to anyone else. This is the point the refund right ends, and it is the only one.

Two cases where we refund you without being asked:

• We cannot build the trip you have described — the dates, the region or the constraints are outside what we can plan honestly. We tell you within 72 hours of receiving your answers and return the full amount.
• We miss the delivery window and you no longer want the plan.

If the plan arrives and something in it is wrong — a closure, an error, a route that does not work — that is not a refund question. The included revision round exists for exactly this, and it is not limited to cosmetic changes.

Refunds are returned through PayPal to the account that paid. Statutory withdrawal rights that cannot be waived under the law of your country or of Korea are not affected by this paragraph.

Refunds — the 1:1 call

This call is not an itinerary-planning service. It is practical help with logistics and local culture — how to use Naver and Kakao Maps, how to secure Korean-only bookings yourself, what to expect at a table. We do not recommend tourist spots or build your travel itinerary, and we do not make bookings on your behalf. If that is what you want, the written plans are the product for it.

A full refund is available up to 24 hours before the call starts.

A call is a different kind of purchase again: what you buy is a specific slot in someone's day, and that slot stops being sellable to anyone else the moment it is booked. Up to 24 hours before the start you may cancel for any reason and the full amount is returned. Inside that last day we cannot resell the slot, so it is not refundable — but write to us and we will move you to another time once, at no charge, as long as you tell us before the start time.

If the call does not happen because of us — we do not appear, the link does not work, or we have to cancel — you get the full amount back without asking, whatever the notice.

If you do not appear and have not told us, the time is used and not refundable.

The call is held in English. We cannot hold it in Japanese yet. The site and the written itineraries stay available in both languages; this one product does not.

We talk through what to book, when it opens and how — we do not make bookings on your behalf. Reservations are made by you, in your own name and with your own payment method, and we are not a party to them.

Refunds are returned through PayPal to the account that paid. Statutory withdrawal rights that cannot be waived under the law of your country or of Korea are not affected by this paragraph.

What you may do with the file

Read it, print it for yourself, keep it on your own devices, and show it to the person across the table from you. That last one is what the Korean edition is for.

What is not allowed: uploading it anywhere others can download it, sharing it publicly, reselling it, or stripping the notices out of it. The book is priced for one reader.

Accounts

An account is optional. You can buy without one, and you can retrieve a file without one using your order reference and the payment email.

If you make an account, keep your password to yourself; anything done through your account is treated as done by you. We can close an account that is used to redistribute the files.

Comments on the journal

You may write comments if you are signed in and have confirmed your email address. What you write stays yours; posting it here gives us permission to show it on this site and nothing further.

Comments appear immediately — nobody reads them before they go up. The name you choose is shown with each comment; your email address is never shown to anyone but us. You can delete your own comment at any time. If someone has replied to it, the reply stays and your text is replaced with a note that it was removed, so the conversation underneath still reads.

Links are not posted here, and a comment containing one is refused rather than quietly trimmed. This is not about you — it is what keeps this space from filling up with advertising.

We take down comments that are advertising, abuse, impersonation of us or anyone else, or personal information about someone who did not choose to publish it. Taking one down hides it; the record that it existed is kept. In the clearest cases — personal information, mainly — it is deleted outright. Repeatedly doing any of the above ends the account.

We do not have to host anything, and none of this is a promise that a comment will stay up. Equally, we do not edit what you wrote — a comment is either shown as you wrote it or taken down.

Referral codes

Today a code does two things and no more: it gives you a code you can share, and it records that someone arrived through it.

No discount is applied and no credit is paid. The rates have not been set, so there is nothing to state here yet — and rather than print a number nobody is honouring, this paragraph says what the software actually does. When rates are set they will be published here before they start, and they will not be applied backwards to orders already placed.

Codes are not cash, cannot be sold, and cannot be exchanged for money. Credit earned from an order that is later refunded is withdrawn. Codes used to game the system — self-referral, throwaway accounts, bulk posting — are cancelled along with any credit.

Prices

Prices are shown in the currency at checkout and are set on our side, not by anything your browser sends. Your bank or card issuer may add a conversion fee we neither set nor receive.

What we do not promise

The book describes rules and customs in Korea and is checked against official sources, which are listed in the back of the book. It is not legal, medical, or safety advice, and things do change. For anything with a consequence — allergies, medication, visas, emergencies — confirm with the official channel before you rely on it.

Which law applies, and where a dispute is heard

Korean law governs this agreement — but that choice cannot take away the consumer protections of the country you actually live in.

That is not a courtesy; it is the rule. Under Korean private international law, choosing a governing law in a consumer contract cannot strip the consumer of the protection given by the mandatory rules of the country where they habitually reside. So both apply: Korean law as the general frame, and whatever your own country makes non-waivable on top of it. 국제사법 제47조 — 소비자계약의 당사자가 준거법을 선택하더라도 소비자의 일상거소가 있는 국가의 강행규정에 따라 소비자에게 부여되는 보호를 박탈할 수 없다.

Where a case is heard depends on where you live, and in neither direction do we get to choose a court that is convenient for us.

• If you live in Korea: a suit about this purchase belongs exclusively to the district court for your address at the time the suit is filed. This is not something either side can contract out of. 전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률 제36조 — 통신판매업자와의 거래에 관련된 소는 소 제기 당시 소비자의 주소를 관할하는 지방법원의 전속관할로 한다.
• If you live outside Korea: you may bring a claim in the courts of the country where you habitually reside, and we may bring one only there. 국제사법 제42조 — 소비자계약의 관할.

Before any of that: write to us. Most things are a five-minute fix, and the address at the top of this page is read by a person.

Changes

These terms can change. The version that applies to a purchase is the one that was published when the purchase was made, and the effective date at the top says which that is.
