젓갈이나 액젓이 들어 있어요?
jeotgarina aekjeosi deureo isseoyo?
Does this have fermented seafood or fish sauce in it?
Why this spelling
This romanisation is not the spelling copied letter by letter. It is built from the National Institute of Korean Language’s Revised Romanization, which writes what the word sounds like once the sounds next to each other have changed it.
When you would say it
The question that separates "no meat" from "no animal", and the one most likely to change the answer about kimchi.
Vegetarian and halal, honestly
The structure that hides an allergen hides meat and fish too, which is why it sits here rather than in a chapter of its own. Stock is the first problem and fermented seafood is the second. Asking for a dish without meat often produces a dish with no visible meat, and those are not the same thing.
