Why this spelling

This romanisation is not the spelling copied letter by letter. It is built from the National Institute of Korean Language’s Revised Romanization, which writes what the word sounds like once the sounds next to each other have changed it.

When you would say it

Works at any chicken shop and needs no further explanation.

Fried chicken, and what else arrives late

Fried chicken here is its own industry, eaten late, usually with beer, and delivered to places other countries would not deliver to. It comes with pickled white radish cubes, which exist to cut the fat and are not optional in any real sense.
